Job Description:
1、NPI stage:Prepare engineering document and transfer the document from customer or design team and release to PDM system for related function team to follow. The document includes process flow chart/placement/X-Y location/Gerber file/BOM maintainment/Build matrix/FAI Checking list and NPI activities like online FAI checking/Issue hanlding
2、MP stage: Daily FA to find the RC to improve the yield rate continuously/SPC unlock/Maintain BOM on Agile System/Maintain SFIS Routing.etc.,
3、Coordinate engineering change request from customer or design team in MP phase
4、Co-work with team for issue disposition
5、DoE/Control run design and arrangement
Requirements:
1、Above 8 years related working experience in electron industry
2、Familiar with SMT/Molding/Sputtering process
3、Familiar with FA activities and known RF function
4、Know about FA instrument and tools like Oscilloscope/Spectral instrument and X-Ray/SAT/EDX
5、Good communicaiton skills and team working ability
6、Prefer engineering backgroud and good skill in English reading and writing
